Introduction (45 seconds max)

State your name, hometown, dance background, and why you want to be on the University of Oregon Dance Team.

Required Turns

  • Right side triple (3) pirouette

  • Right side quadruple (4) pirouette

  • Left side triple (3) pirouette

  • Double (2) Float 

Turn combo with a variety of a la seconds, including changing spots, floats, and arm/ leg placement changes

Combo 1: two 8-count minimum

Combo 2 (OPTIONAL): four 8-count minimum

Required Acro

  • Aerial (right, left, or both)

  • Front Handspring 

  • Kip Up

  • Headspring 

Required Jumps

  • Pop Leap

  • Single Toe Touch

  • Double Toe Touch 

  • Calypso (right and left)

  • Switch tilt (right and left)

Optional Skills

  • Front aerial 

  • 540

  • Back Handspring

  • Flexibility features (legs, back, etc.)

  • Additional advanced turn combos

  • Additional advanced jump/leap combo
